The concession stand at BRHLL is a vital financial aid to our League, and therefore, we need the help of EVERY family to operate the stand.

Each team is responsible for running the stand on their respective game nights, and each family is pre-assigned to a specific date/game (see the BRHLL Handbook/Directory for your scheduled date). Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the game and stay 15 minutes following the game to help clean up.

No game will begin until all teams have a volunteer representing their team in the stand. If a family cannot work their shift, they are expected to find a substitute from their team. Please make arrangements for your children when it is your time to work the stand as ONLY adults or adolescents 16 years of age or older are allowed in the stand. Should there be a rain-out, those assigned families are responsible for working the rescheduled game.
