Commitments Due No Later than February 25, 2010

The information below outlines the various sponsorship categories:

Team sponsors: $350

As a league, we generally have 30-35 Team Sponsorship opportunities and it is important to note that sponsors who "first commit to sponsorships" will be given "first call" to sponsor their childs team. Please note - the same applies with Scoreboard, Diamond and Dugout Sponsors.

Sponsorship Benefits:

• Name featured on the back of your teams uniforms – BRHLL will attempt to assign sponsor names to a desired child’s team whenever possible.
• Corporate Banner placed on outfield fence of either Diamond 1,2 or 3 and sponsor name will be announced as team is introduced prior to start of each game.
• Appreciation plaque with team photo will be provided prior to or at the end of the season.
• Name prominently placed with corporate info (phone / address) in the 2009 Roster book below team roster.

Dugout sponsors: $500.00 (Team Sponsorship Priority)

Sponsorship Benefits:

• Team Sponsorship Priority - The Name of your company will be featured on the back of your teams uniforms – BRHLL will attempt to assign sponsor names to a desired child’s team whenever possible.
• Corporate Banner placed on Dugouts either Diamond 1,2 or 3 and sponsor name will be announced as team is introduced prior to start of each game.
• Appreciation plaque with team photo will be provided prior to or at the end of the season.
• Name prominently placed with corporate info (phone / address) in the 2009 Roster book below team roster.

Diamond sponsor: $1,000 (Team Sponsorship Priority)

Sponsorship Benefits:

• Team Sponsorship Priority - The Name of your company will be featured on the back of your teams uniforms – BRHLL will attempt to assign sponsor names to a desired child’s team whenever possible.
• Substantial-sized banner placed on sponsored diamond / sponsor name read during pre-game announcements
• Appreciation plaque with BRHLL teams shown
• Full-page ad in 2009 Roster book!

Friends and families: up to $100

• Names will placed on a banner which will be prominently displayed near the concession stand during the season.

Scoreboard sponsors: $2,500 and up

Last Year National City Bank and The Outdoor Patio Store committed to this sponsorship category and due to their generosity we were able to construct 2 scoreboards...one on Diamond #1, and one on Diamond #2. These two sponsors will be noted with special advertising panels which will be placed above and below the scoreboard on Diamond #2. We are looking for 2 special sponsors for the Diamond #2 scoreboard. Please consider joining this very special sponsorship category by calling Doug McAuley @ 317-822-0690. Terms are avaialble!

• Funds to be used exclusively for CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO BRHLL FACILITIES. Improvements include: leveling and proper drainage of playing fields, addition of brick dust to diamonds, break away bases, pitching mound renovations, electronic scoreboards, automatic pitching machines for new batting cages, miscellaneous safety improvements to bleacher area, miscellaneous equipment for ground maintenance.
• Name, logo and phone number on either Diamond #1 or Diamond #2 scoreboard – Scoreboards to be shared by up to 3 sponsors .
• Substantial Web site listing on BRHLL Web Page
• Appreciation plaque with BRHLL teams shown, and
• A full-page ad in 2009 / 2010 / 2011 roster book!
